W. M. Lee
Lee, as he is fondly known by his participants, has 20 years of training experience in management and leadership.
He helps companies design, develop and deliver quality training programmes and initiatives — from workshops to sales conferences, short and long term, for senior management through to front-line staff — to achieve peak performance at the workplace.
He has travelled and trained internationally in Indonesia, Singapore, Korea, China, India, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Hong Kong. Lee is also a certified facilitator for Celemi International Business Simulation Programmes in Malaysia.
With his wide exposure, local and abroad, and a great sense of humour, participants are highly engaged, entertained and experience fun learning.

- 01Designed, developed and conducted the AirAsia Culture Change Programme for two years, reaching staff in Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia — and assisted in building the AirAsia Leadership Model.
- 02Assisted DiGi in its Culture Change Journey for two years, as part of the strategy team working to achieve the KPIs of the Technology Division.
- 03Helped Maybank increase sales across 400 branches nationwide in Teaming To Battle, a project involving a 13,000-strong staff force.

Wong Weng Fook, MBA
Wong has more than 35 years of practical industry and training experience, and is strong in relating what is learned to back-to-work situations.
He holds an MBA in Finance from the International Islamic University Malaysia and a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from the University of Malaya. He is certified by The International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA), UK, as a Practitioner in the Art and Science of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
As a consultant trainer, Wong specialises in activity-based experiential learning. He has facilitated programmes for government-related departments as well as MNCs and SMEs across services, manufacturing, banking and finance, news media, publishing, wholesale and distribution, education and social organisations.
Wong has been actively involved in government-sponsored employability programmes for young graduates, and is an appointed facilitator for the National Service Training Programme — building trainees' discipline, initiative, communication and leadership skills, and promoting understanding between races.
In recent years he has travelled extensively across China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore. He facilitates mainly in English and, to meet client requirements, also in Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.

Jegaynsan Gopinathan
Jack is a certified and accredited HRDC trainer who started his career in banking and has followed his passion for training since 2012.
He holds an MSc in Education from the University of Southampton and an LLB from the University of London.
A key member of the QOM team, Jack not only conducts sessions but is involved in managing projects end to end. He has also carried out assessment and observation of teams in key projects such as culture alignment and team engagement.
Jack has conducted programmes in Dubai, and runs sessions in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
