012-320 1808Five online team games — from a trivia challenge to a virtual escape room — run live by QOM facilitators and debriefed against a real team outcome. Built for distributed, hybrid and multi-country teams that can't share a ballroom.

pick by outcome, not by fun factor
Like our in-person programmes, every virtual game is mapped to one of the eight team outcomes QOM designs against. The game is the vehicle; the debrief afterwards is where the team actually learns.
GAME 01
Teams race through themed rounds of questions — company, industry, culture and general knowledge. A fast, low-pressure opener that gets every camera on and every voice heard.
GAME 02
A timed sequence of missions where each member holds a different piece of the brief. The team only succeeds if people share information quickly and trust each other’s part.
GAME 03
A digital scavenger hunt across countries and cities. Teams split tasks, research clues and report back against the clock — a natural fit for regional and multi-country groups.
GAME 04
Each participant plays a character with their own secrets. Teams question, reason and debate their way to the culprit — practice in listening, questioning and reaching a decision together.
GAME 05
Locked puzzles that can only be opened when the whole team pools what it sees. Pressure, roles and problem solving surface quickly — and give the debrief plenty to work with.
ALL EIGHT OUTCOMES
The same outcome-first design runs indoors and outdoors — ballrooms, beaches, rope courses and dragon boats.
Who it's for
QOM has run regional rollouts across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and beyond. Virtual formats bring that reach to teams who would otherwise never be in one place at one time.

No pre-recorded videos and no "click here to play" links. A QOM facilitator hosts the call from start to finish, keeps the energy up, and steers the conversation afterwards to what the team will do differently.
the debrief is the whole point
Plan your sessionA short call to understand the team, the headcount and the outcome you need. We recommend the game that fits.
Invitations, team splits and any materials are prepared ahead, on the video platform your company already uses.
QOM facilitators host the session on the call — explaining the rules, running the clock and keeping every team moving.
The facilitator draws out what happened in the game and connects it to how the team works day to day.
Key takeaways and agreed actions are summarised for the team leader, so the session leads somewhere.
Employer levy
Every QOM programme is built to be claimed against your levy.
Documented as a development programme with defined learning objectives, a virtual team session can be claimed against your HRD Corp levy like any in-person programme. We prepare the course outline, trainer profiles and quotation your HR team attaches to the application.

We prepare the documents — you keep control of the application and the claim through your own HRD Corp portal account.
We agree the outline, duration and participant list with you first, so the documents match what will actually run.
Course content, trainer profiles and a formal quotation — the attachments HRD Corp asks for at application.
Your HR team submits the application through the HRD Corp portal before the programme starts. We answer any queries that come back.
After delivery we return the attendance records and invoice so the claim can be submitted against your levy balance.
(before you send the invite)
Virtual team building is a live, facilitated online programme where teams play structured games together over video call — such as a trivia challenge, virtual escape room or murder mystery — followed by a debrief that links the experience to how the team works.
Yes, when it is documented as a development programme with defined learning objectives. QOM prepares the course outline, trainer profiles and quotation your HR team attaches to the HRD Corp grant application, just as we do for in-person programmes.
We run on the video platform your company already uses, so participants join the way they join any other meeting. Everything else — rules, team splits and materials — is handled by our facilitators.
Yes. Virtual formats are well suited to regional teams. QOM has delivered programmes across Malaysia and the region, and sessions can be run in English or Bahasa Malaysia depending on the facilitator.
Every game is mapped to one of eight team outcomes — such as collaboration, alignment or engagement — and ends with a facilitated debrief. The game creates the experience; the debrief turns it into something the team can use.
Five live-facilitated formats: Trivia Challenge, Virtual Mission Impossible, International Hunt, Murder Mystery and Escape Room. All of them are run by a QOM facilitator on the call, not a self-serve app, so the debrief at the end is where the learning lands.
Yes. The virtual escape room puts teams in breakout rooms with a shared set of puzzles and a clock. It is our most-requested format for groups that need to practise dividing work and sharing information under time pressure.
Yes. Murder Mystery is a live-hosted investigation where each breakout team holds different evidence and has to trade it to solve the case — built for teams that hoard information instead of sharing it.
For genuinely remote teams the formats that work are the ones with a shared goal and forced interdependence — escape room, murder mystery and international hunt — rather than icebreakers. Sessions run 60 to 120 minutes so they fit across time zones without losing a working day.
Tell us the headcount, the locations and what's not working. We'll pick the game and design the debrief.
